Featured Projects

My featured projects consist of examples ranging from audio re-design to designing interactive audio for games. These examples consist of my showreels for linear and interactive media, showing my skills in editing and mixing audio. My third example is my most recent game design project where I re-designed a previous portfolio asset that sees the player collecting coins in a space without a main objective. This re-designed project introduces character design which gives the game a story arc with the addition of dialogue.

Honours Project - Recorded Sounds Compared to procedural Assets

This project compares a recorded auditory environment compared to a computer generated environment for creating an interactive game through audio by comparing. This was tested against the level of player engagement to give evidence to the appropriate method of sound design for FPS games. The process to creating these game scenes will utilise Wwise and Pure Data to integrate the procedural audio into the game while using Wwise audio middleware to integrate the recorded audio assets.
